ADI PART 3

Cost of the licence is £140.

After you have passed the ADI Part 2 examination, you will be eligible to apply for a trainee licence, which enables you to earn as you learn.

To obtain a licence, you must complete a minimum of 40 hours tuition (this is a legal requirement – check Gov.uk website for more information).

There are two types of trainee licence:

1. 20 hours additional training

2. Supervision – 20% of your lessons to be supervised by your ADI trainer

You will be expected to take your Part 3 examination within the 6 months period. Extensions to the trainee licence can be granted in extenuating circumstances.

40 Hours of training cost £50 per hour (£2000). Discounts are offered if paying up front.

20 Hours additional training and supervision is charged at £50 per hour.
